I have a shared workbook located on the network; the workbook has six
worksheets which have to be filled in with information by various people. I
have been requested to hide cell information from each of the worksheets. I
used the ;;; method to hide the cell of information in the worksheets, which
is time consuming but is required. The only problem is I could not hide the
formula bar option that would allow a user the view the hidden cell
information.

The question I have is; how can I hide the formula bar to prevent one from
viewing the cell information for this workbook only.

Thank you for any assistance you all can offer

Hi

To hide cell information, ie formulas select the cell, goto Format > Cells >
Protection > Mark "Locked" and "Hidden" > Ok

Then goto Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet > Password > Ok
