Pls advise how I can convert a comma seperated file to Excel (using 2002
version of Windows XP home.

Open Excel, then navigate to the .csv file, open it within Excel, and save it
as a .xls file.

Open excel
File|Open|open the .csv file
File|Save As
And make sure you choose: microsoft office excel workbook (*.xls)
in the "save as type" dropdown.
