Comes out of Hibernate then goes right back in!!!

My notebook computer 2 out of 3 times will go kright back into
hibernation after coming out and is very frustrating. Is there a
setting that I can tweak?

Checked Device manager and it confirms that my computer is capable of
Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) PC.
Didn't see anything that covers this exact problem.
