COMCAST Installtion Software

When trying to install the software I get the following error message: WorkFlowHarnessExecutable has encountered a problem and needs to close. The error message generated states the problem as: Workflow. exe. version 1.4.5.0 faulting module cpu speed,dll. COMCAST doesn't have a clue for a solution. Any ideas?

Ask them for the proxy settings to set up your connection
manually. That's what I did, because I didn't want to
install their software, which includes some nifty
spyware. You enter the proxy information, connect once to
register your modem's MAC address, then dump the proxy
info...
