Combo box

I have 2 combo boxes which work correctly, but whenever I do a PrintPreview, Print, or run a macro etc., it selects the first item in the first column that matches the value in the second column.
This is frustrating as it is linked to a cell with a value; consequently the right value is always shown, but the text changes.
Can someone please help.
Some properties are:- BoundColumn 2; Column Count 3; Col Widths 85pt;0pt;30pt.

I am prepared to email a cutdown version of this spreadsheet to anyone who may need it to help solve this problem.
