I built a form [Main Comment Form] that has several combo boxes from table [Ratings] that is stored in fields of my [Main Customer Data] table.

The Combo Boxes pull from [Ratings] and the selection in the combo box is [Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent, Outstanding, Non Applicable].

My question: I am trying to Sum the amount of Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent, Outstanding, and Non Applicable for each Field on my Main Customer Data table...where do I start? Do I build a query, or is there a better way? When I Sum it I get a count of all the records. I need to differentiate between how many were poor, fair, good etc.

Sorry if this is not clear, I'll add more detail if needed. Thanks.
