combining user names

is it possible to combine user names without losing the
documents and files of either user account? im having a
little trouble with this
 
What do you mean by combining ?
Do you mean that you have accounts A and B and that
now you want to only use account A but you need to
get files from B's My Documents over into A's ?
If that is it, use and admin account and copy these
from the profile of B (c:\documents and settings\B)
into the corresponding directory of A's profile.
Do not move things, copy them.
You can do this with things in the subfolders Desktop,
Favorites, My Documents, Start Menu without issue.
