I am putting together one presentation that was sent to me via email as several
separate powerpoint files. How can I combine these files so that when I am
presenting I only have to open one file? I have tried to cut/paste onto a new
ppt doc and it didn't work. Please help!

Thanks.

Thank you so much. Your advice worked however, when I inserted files - the
templates (background picture) from the original files did not transfer over
along with it? Know how I can get these slides/pictures onto the new ppt doc?

Thank you again.

Or create the large file and use WinZip's disk spanning tool to create
several smaller files that can be emailed and reassembled on the other end.

But for all that hassle, why not consider a USB drive or burning the
presentation to a CD? It sounds like you will be in both places, and CD's
are cheap to burn.
