Hi Everyone,

This may be a simple question, but I can't find the answer for the life of
me. Is it possbile to add groups as members of other groups? We have a
fairly complex center which must deliver high numbers of different access
levels to many people. We have built a solid group structure, but it
requires that some groups be members of other groups.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you understand Global and Local groups in all
Windows versions including NT?

In NT and Mixed (or Win2003 Interim) mode you can
only place a Global into a Local (one level deep.)

Once you move Win2000+ AD domains to Native mode
or Win2003 Server (native) mode you can arbitrarily 'nest'
groups thus:

Globals into Globals into Universals into Universals into
Locals into Locals....

You may skip the Universals but you may not next the "other
direction" (e.g., a Local cannot appear in a Global or Universal)
