Combine connections

I have two phone lines, two modems and two connections. I can connect with
both connections simultaneusly but cannot combine them so as to download with
double speed. Can this be done in windows XP?
 
This is referred to as multilink and to properly setup you have to have your
ISPs support at their end for multilink. Most will charge you more money
because you are tying up two modems instead of one at their end.

Talk to them before you make any decisions.

Thank you. The problem is that the connections are not both from the same
ISP. Supposedly that i could do that, the only thing i would have to do would
be just to connect to the internet with both connections and nothing else or
would i have to change some settings?
