combine 2 names?

I am going to be printing mailing labels for my church and I need to
know if it is possible if I have a table with separate names for both
spouses (and it includes their same address, phone #, etc.) to somehow
join the married ones together for a mailing label report? If that is
possible, how do I deal with married people who have different last
names? Right now the database has the names first and last in one
field. Any help appreciated.
 
You must have a field (or fields) that identifies which are common in the
records you want to combine.
 
Thanks, I think I know what you are talking about; I'll work on this
and see what happens.
 
I have racked my brains and I still have not figured out how to do
this. Nothing I can think of at this point addresses joining records
for certain fields.
