Com Surrogate

I have a huge problem with this Com Surrogate.
It shows the Com Surrogate does't work.
Can someone please help me?

That problem is often cause by Nero. Are you running an older version of
it? If so: the latest version is fully Vista-compatible, so you should
upgrade if you want to get rid of the problem.
I've also read about some codec-packs causing errors with COM
Surrogate.
