COM Surrogate

While downloading XP Updates after a crash, I recieved a message from McAfee that "COM Surrogate was trying to access the Internet, that this was a trojan. If so, How do I find it and delete the trojan? McAfee scan did not find anything, both with Sys restore off and in Safe mode.

Not all COM+ Surrogate behavor is malicious. Did McAfee warn that the
program "might be a trojan" or say that it actualy was a known trojan?
