Columns on subreport

I have a main report which has 1 column but I want my subreport to have 2
columns? Is this possible? When I change the page setup in the subreport it
aooears to alter the main report as well.

Sorry folks solved it. I changed the column property in the subreport when
it wasn't part of the main report and then opened it in the main report and
it was OK.
