Columns in Deleted Items

All of a sudden the column that tells me who the email was from has
disappeared. I know this should be easy to solve but I can't figure out how
to get it back. Can anyone help?

Turn on the Advanced Toolbar. View | Toolbars.
Find the Field Chooser.
Use the Field Chooser to drag the From field back into the Deleted Items
Folder. Grab it and pop it beside the other column headers where it used to
be.
