Column headings now numbers - not letters?

Help!

All of my spreadsheets now have numbers for Column
headings instead of letters.

Instead of A,B,C, etc... now have 1,2,3, etc... across
the top and the row numbers are still ok.

Don't know how this change has occured, did not change any
settings.

give me this same fast response.
