colorizing grayscale TIF in Word, how?

I know in both Publisher and InDesign, you can have a non transparent
grayscale TIF image in the document and apply a color swatch to them to give
them a color. Can Word do this? how?
 
I don't think Word has the Recolor Picture feature, no.
