I created a color rule for one email address within my company. That rule is getting applied to another email address also. How can I see what rules I have set up for colors. The rules wizard does not show the color rules. Also, how do I stop the wrong address from having the color applied to it incorrectly?

You can check your rules here;
View-> Current View-> Customize Current View-> button Automatic Formatting

you can find more info about Automatic Formatting here;

I looked at the formatting and it looks correct. The only common thing between the 2 names that are coming up are the fact that the one I have the rule applied against is the name Bob Smith and the one that is coming through with the same rule is both Bob Smith and Bob Jones. Is the Bob confusing it?

Is your rule based on a contact or specific words in the sender line?
