Color RGB and HEX File

Can anybody help with the web address to download the Access files that allow
you to choose a color and it gives you the corresponding numbers to use. I
have a downloaded file but can't seem to find it on the web for someone else.

You don't really need a special program. Select any control
on a form or report, expose its property sheet and click on
the builder [...] button at right edge of any of the color
properties. The Define Custom Colors option will do what
you're asking.
