color quality

My color quality keeps defaulting back to 8 bit in my
user profile.I have to reset to 32 bit everytime I
logon.I cann't find what program or setting that keeps it
defaulting to 8 bit.Other profile on this computer are
ok.So I know it under just one user profile.Anyone have
any Ideas.

Check you have the latest and correct display driver installed for your
video card.
 
I forgot to say that I do have the latest drivers.even
uninstalled an reinstalled the old driver..no luck.
