Color Of Forms in access 2003

Hello there

I've started working with access 2003

The color of tab control is whilte and i can't cange it.
also all the textboxes that are susken become flat and the only way to make
it sunken is by make it with shadow and sunken

Another problem is that when i move the mose on label which is not connected
to any textbox the screen is jumping

Is it new feature in access 2003 and how can i make it as it was on the
other versions of access?

It's a bug. Turn off "Use Windows XP themed controls" (or something like that)
in your options.
