Hi,

Previously before upgrading to Office 2003,, was using XP and in the Outlook I can set the color preference for different contact sending in mails. Is this not available now in Office 2003?
If yes, where can I locate this?

it;s controlled with Views - create a custom view and add rules for
automatic formatting.

Hi Diane,

With Rules, there's no option to select for color coding the contacts as they come into the Inbox. Can you provide more details on it please? Thanks.

It's not a rule - it's a View. Click on the row of field names and choose
custom - then automatic formatting. If you change the view, the formatting
disappears - until you change back to the first view.

How do you do this in Outlook XP?

Same as in Outlook 2003 - using views. Browse the view menu to find
Customize views.
