Color categories in calendar

I have previously managed to categorize a full day (NOT an appointment) which
I find very useful. However, I cannot find how to do it anymore.
Could anyone refresh my not-so-good memory?

Thanks for your answer. However, I must say that I have managed to color-code
a full day in my calendar. I am actually looking at it right now. How I
managed, I do not know. I am going nuts trying to find how I did it. I really
find the idea of coloring the full day useful, especially for full day
appointments or to highlight important deadlines. Sure I cannot get any tips
at all?

Outlook 2007 will color code an entire day if it contains an all-day event
marked "busy" and with a color category. See this:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2008/20080520.htm . Earlier versions of
Outlook cannot do this.
