What do you mean "collected?" Are you talking about the contacts folder?
The in-box?

| where can you edit the collected email addresses in
| Outlook 2002?

No, I am talking about the addresses that it collects when
you reply or send email. It collects the email addresses
and uses it along with Contacts and your PAB to complete
addresses in the To and CC entries.

I have checked everywhere and cannot find where these
email addresses are stored to edit them. Many of the ones
stored are of no use to me at all.

Regards,

Peter

When the incorrect/old address shows up in the list of suggestions, you can
use the arrow keys to highlight it and hit Delete on your keyboard. It
doesn't do any lookups to contacts/address book - just relies on previously
used addresses...you won't delete anything else by doing this.

You mean to autocomplete list then. Depending on the version of Outlook
that you are using, you can either delete the .nick file or the N2k file -
also, depending on the version of Outlook, you can delete the unused ones as
you type in the To window.

Post back your version of Outlook for a definitive answer pertaining to that
version.
