Codepage

Where can I change the system codepage? I remember back with WinXP there was
an option under Region and Language Settings called Code Page Conversion
Tables. I can't seem to find such setting now. I am using Vista RC2.

Thanks. I didn't know you had to create your own locales just to change the
codepage. Somewhat a bit more inconvenient, but I'll live. Thanks again.
