Codepage Problems

Hi,

I have Windows XP Professional english edition. I have
some problems with cyrillic codepage in all russian
programs. Is it possible to fix some how, because it quite
important ?

Please help us to help you. It's very difficult to help with a
problem unless you tell us what it is. "Some problems" isn't very
specific.
