Codec Pak MS-MVPs?

What do you think of the K-Lite Mega Codec Pak?

I had heard good things about it and was about to
install it when I thought maybe I'd better check with
you guys to see what your thoughts were on it.

I am using the new IE7 and the pak is supposed to
work better than Quicktime and other plug ins.

While I personally use the Mega Codec pack on my "capture machines" - for
personal playback - and end-users - I go for the Basic Edition.

I install Real Alternative as well on the end-user/personal playback
systems.
I still install Quicktime 7.x on the end-user/personal playback systems
(Quicktime has rarely been as much a pain as RealPlayer.)

I have been using it for several years now - very few issues with it.
Occassionaly something weird will come up, but it usually has to do with
permissions and not just the applications themselves.
