Code Organisation in VS2005

[Frosty Madness]

Are there any up to date reccomendations regarding how to organise large
solutions (>100 proj) in VS2005?

Is this still relevant...?

Have things changed with MSBuild that puts these out of date? Should
projects still be referenced rather than files?

One of the new things of VS 2005 is the Solution Folder concept: you can
group projects in folders rather than all of them rooted in the solution
node.
