code for copying and other commands

hi,
i wanted to know when we click start and select run is there a way to
copy the file directly from there like in the RUN dialog box if i write this
then can i copy that file directly from there instead of right clicking or
pressing ctrl+c D:\downloads\Dr. Zeus - Kangna.mp3 and also other commands
thank for any help

You'll probably get a better response if you rephrase your question. It's
not very clear as it stands.
