CMD Prompt Here with alternate credentials

Anybody have an idea of how to modify the CMD Prompt Here tool from the Resource
Kit so that one could specify alternate credentials? Or maybe another tool that
already provides this function?

Or am I overlooking some really easy work-around?

The "command prompt here" is actually just a registry entry. You can
customize it or add your own entries.

It can be found here, under the Directory type:
HKCR\Directory\shell\CommandPromptHere\Command\

Or sometimes here, under the Folder type:
HKCR\Folder\shell\CommandPromptHere\Command\
