My Cmd.EXE is not found by my computer. Is cmd.exe that
important? I need to know what I need to do to get
Cmd.Exe back.

It is useful, for running DOS type commands - but not essential.

You can get a new copy from the CD: Start - Run MSConfig.exe and use
the Expand File button to expand from the CD - its \i386\cmd.ex_ to
C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
