"Clubbed" or "compressed" messages???

I was typing an e-mail when I noticed that the messages in my inbox have
been (suddenly) "clubbed" (or compressed together). In other words, the
original message and any replies or related messages now are lumped together
with a "+" sign next to the original message, which, when clicked on, opens
the list of related messages. I like my messages in chronological order.
Does anyone know how I can change this back to the way it was? Thanks!

Choose a view that doesn't group messages. Go under the View -> Current
View menu to see which view you are using. Select the [All] Messages
view.
