Outlook / Office 2003

I have a group address with a lot of addressees. I'd like to make a
second group address list, that is identical with the first group
address list, with one or two modifications. How do I do that
efficiently?

Presumably, one ought to be able to copy/clone the existing group
address list to a new name and then modify the copy with the new name.
I don't seem to be able to create the copy / clone. There is no menu
option that I can find to make the clone/copy????

The group address list is in "contacts". I open the Address Book and
then select "Show names from contacts" (where "contacts" is one
selection in a drop-down list). How do I copy/clone a group address
listed there?

Thanks for any help.

Close the address book and go to the Contacts folder. Select the DL, and choose Edit | Copy to Folder and select the Contacts folder. Open the copy and change its name and membership.
