"Clipit" the office assistant

"Clipit" (not Clippy) the office assistant...how do I find him & activate him? Since it was installed on my pc when purchased from Dell I didn't know it was not part of windows xp. If someone would recommend where to look for solution I would appreciate it very much. I apologize for any inconvienience. Thank you.

Hi, if you are talking about a feature of Microsoft Word or any of the
Microsoft Office programs you need to post in the correct newsgroup for that
program.

Open any of the Office programs. Choose Help > Show the Office Assistant.
