Start>Run "clipbrd.exe" will bring up clipboard.

clipbrd.exe is found in C:\Windows\System32 folder

You can't literally find the clipboard, because it's kept internally in RAM,
when needed. However you can find the clipboard *viewer*, if that's what you
want. Go to Start | Run, and type clipbrd
