Clipboard issues over Remote Desktop

Sometimes, when using remote desktop, the clipboard feature doesn't seem to
work.

Whenever I try to copy something (either on the remote or local machines),
it's as if the clipboard data is immediately lost (that or it's never
copied), because pasting (either on the remote or local machines) doesn't
work (as if the clipboard were empty). This is true even if I'm not
copying/pasting across machines.

Anybody know what's wrong?

This is most probably not due to any computer-specific quirkiness; I've
seen this problem across many different Windows machines at school and at
work (with various different hosts).

Thanks in advance.

I don't know what the cause might be but you can probably do
some initial trouble-shooting by running clipbrd.exe on both
machines, opening the "Clipboard" Window and checking what
ends up on your clipboard, and when.
