I am having trouble inserting a picture from clip art
into a document. When I select the actual picture and
press insert I recieve a message ...can not locate item..
I am running Win XP. Can you please help.

Is the actual clipart on your hard drive? Some clipart programs install a
catalog of thumbnails and keep the actual images on the CD. With the CD in
the CDrom drive, select an image and it is copied from the CD into the
document file.

The interface offered to insert clipart (standalone or integrated into a
program), should have a HELP item in its menu bar. Click on that and search
for "Insert clipart" for more details.

You're running Windows XP are you - well there's a bulletin! Now, as your
issue has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows may I suggest you toddle off
and repost in a group appropriate to the application you're running?
