Clip Art / Picture

hello community

Is there a way in Excel when inserted a Picture / Clip Art into a specified
cell and sort of sent the Picture / Clip Art backward so as I can use to same
cell to fill in other data like text or numbers

no. images cannot be assigned to cells. you must use an image control from
the tool box and controls from the tool box "float" on the sheet and cannot
be assigned or attached to cells.
