clip-art on a flyer for business?

I am trying to send out an invitation for a seminar. On that invitation,
I've used a picture from clip art. Is there a copy write issue with this?
If not, can you please send me some evidence of that so my legal department
will let me use it?

Suggest you look on the Microsoft Website. The first time you try to
download clipart from there, I think there is an agreement you must read.
I'm sure it would tell you what you can and can't do with clip art.
