Hello

I'm not sure if I'm posting to the right area, so
apologies if not.

My PC is infected with the ClientMan spyware. The MSAS
app, when doing a full scan, says it's fully removed.
However, on the next startup the MSAS scanner says it's
trying to load.

Any ideas?

Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at Start Up;

Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents

and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;

Run the scan while in safe mode;

If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any

BHO's that you don't recognize.

Also send a suspected Spyware Report from the Tools menu in Microsoft
AntiSpyware.
