Clientman Spyware Removal

Help!!! I sent Odysseus Marketing an email requesting help removing this. I followed instructions to change Active X controls, now I cant even download Windows Updates. It says only the administrator can do this, but I cant. I also cant erase the history, offline content or cookies.
 
You can always try restore to earlier before you changed the active X. goto
start, all programs, accessaries, system tool then restore.
