I tried following the steps that Richard McCall outlined
for me to release some licenses (outlined in KB 291795).
This was going great until I hit the part that asks for my
Client License Keypack ID.
I can't find this documentation anywhere... My ex-boss was
the one who was in charge, and I've searched her office
through and through and cannot find this ID.
I can find an ID that is 10 characters short when I log
onto eopen.microsoft.com and entered my license keys.
