client database upgrade

hi,
I added few fields into a table, and made some changes to a query,now it's
ready to update client database, I want to use automatic to update client's
database.
how to do this? Please help. Thanks.

Here is how to add a 10 character text field to a table called Table1 in
another database using DAO.

Sub AddField()
Dim tdf As DAO.TableDef
Dim db As DAO.Database
Dim fld As DAO.Field

Set db = OpenDatabase("C:\Mydb.mdb")
Set tdf = db.TableDefs("Table1")
Set fld = tdf.CreateField("Field2", dbText, 10)
tdf.Fields.Append fld

End Sub

how to run the program(to do the upgrade) usually?

I usually build a form in a database that I use for updates. All the code
runs from the form, or from queries that I've built in that database.
