In all folder windows, clicking the Organize button in the toolbar causes a
crash which closes the folder and returns me to the desktop which refreshes
itself. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What should I do to
correct this?

P.S. I have posted 3 times in different newsgroups without ever receiving a
response. Can anyone help here?

You did receive a response to one of your earlier posts. This is what I said:

Click Start, type eventvwr.msc and press ENTER. Select the "Application" log and see if there are any events registered during the time when the crash occurred.

Look at the file menu (Alt + F) and say what is on this menu using the same
steps you do to crash. Also look on Tools menu.
