Clicking sound in IE

Can anyone tell me how to get the "click" sound back when browsing IE?

Control Panel | Sounds | Start Navigation. Its always the first thing I turn off.

I have to say I don't recall ever hearing it, or turning it off - but I have
the sound turned off most of the time anyway...
