clicking on help and support

When I click on start, I then click on help and support and nothing happens. I was on the phone to dell tech. for over 1 hour at the end I was told I really did not have a problem since I could click on every thing else. Any ideas.

Go to Start > run and type in: helpctr -regserver or to totally
reinstall help and support, assuming you installed to C:
Make hidden folders visible (Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder
Options > View Tab) first and then go to
C:\windows\inf\pchealth.inf right-click and choose install. You will
need the XP cd and may need to know the location of the folders
Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 and Windows\System32\dllcache.
