clearing tracks doesn't work

I am using a sony laptop vaio, 2.8 g, ... I am also using spybot s&d and
addaware. I have installed the microsoft spyware beta 1. all seems ok, but
when I try to clear the tracks, most of the tracks do NOT clear.
for example, temporary internet files from ie and the history remain. and
even the recycle bin is not cleared.. I don't get it. can anyone let me know
why the 'clear trackes do NOT work? I am going to try it on my other sony
desktop

Go to Start | Run and type
regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll
