clearing search terms

Does anyone know how to clear the search terms that pop
up every time you do a search for something on the
internet, i.e. you type in "y" and everything you ever
searched for starting with y drops down below the search
box.

Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, click
the Content tab, click the AutoComplete button, and the rest should be
self-explanatory.
