Clearing History Trail

Internet options on clearing temporary internet files and
cookies and "clear history" tab works pretty well, but is
there a way to clear the history trail under the address
bar as well? Drop me an email. Thanks, Bill

DelTypedURL.inf from http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/download.htm can clear
these entries easily and safely.

Here's the hands-on method:

If you type in URLs via File> Open, they won't be saved in the TypedURLs
list. It's an easy way to keep just a select few URLs in the list.
