In the past (pre-2003), you could clear entries in a form by unlocking and
re-locking the form. This was annoying when first creating a form, but very
useful when re-using forms. (i.e. click, click and you had a "clean" form)
However, this method nolonger works. Is there another way to accomplish this?

It still works if you use Unprotect/Protect from the menu rather than the
Forms toolbar.

If you save your form as a template with clear fields and then create a new
document based on your template when you use it, you will have a fresh form
available each time. What you are talking about is what Word calls an
"online form." For more about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
